Our Classic Tonic syrup is perfect for mixing or drinking as a zesty, bittered soda. We use a triple hit of citrus with lemon juice, peel and lemongrass balanced with a natural bitterness that won’t overpower your drink.

Our soda syrups are designed to be mixed with sparkling or soda water. They’re the perfect pairing with your SodaStream or other sparkling water maker.
We use real ingredients like NZ citrus juices, Central Otago cherries, organic ginger, organic rose petals, and fair-trade organic cane sugar to make natural drinks that taste great, look spectacular and are packaged in glass.
Bottle contains 500mL of syrup which makes 15 drinks and is a great, low-waste alternative to plastic bottles.
Our soda syrups use between 30 and 40% less sugar than mainstream sodas. Plus you can mix them to suit making it a great option for fans of less sweet drinks. We only use Organic & Fair Trade raw cane sugar. For sugar free drinks check out our Seltz Drops.
Fill a tall glass with ice, add soda water most of the way, add 30-40mL of syrup depending on size and taste preference. Stir and garnish with citrus or herbs. This syrup can also be enjoyed hot – just add boiled water!
